When should I take All-In-One Greens?
Most people take All-In-One Greens first thing, mixed with cold water on an empty stomach. That's a suggestion, not a rule. If your mornings are chaotic, take it whenever you'll actually remember. Our Canadian label says to take it with food, which is a Health Canada labelling requirement.
Can I take All-In-One Greens and Electrolytes + Creatine on the same day?
Yes. They do different jobs and the ingredients don't overlap. A common pattern is All-In-One Greens in the morning and Electrolytes + Creatine around training. You can put both in one glass, but most people find the flavours work better kept apart.
How do I mix it so it doesn't clump?
Water first, then the powder, then shake for about ten seconds. That works for both All-In-One Greens and Electrolytes + Creatine. Cold water beats warm. A shaker bottle or an electric frother gives you a smoother result than a spoon. Adding it to a smoothie? Put it in last so it isn't sitting against the blades.
Why 5g of creatine?
5g a day is the maintenance dose used in the large majority of published creatine monohydrate research, so it's the figure with the most evidence behind it. Electrolytes + Creatine matches that standard instead of using a smaller, cheaper dose below what the studies tested.
Why creatine monohydrate and not a newer form?
Monohydrate is the form used in nearly all published creatine research, and newer forms haven't outperformed it in head-to-head testing. It's also the cheapest per gram. Going with a newer form would mean paying more for a thinner evidence base.
Does creatine work the same for women?
Yes, and the research base for women has grown a lot. Creatine isn't a bulking agent, and the dose is the same 5g regardless of body size or sex. Most of the discussion centres on strength maintenance, training recovery and cognitive effects, particularly from the mid-thirties onward.
Can I change or cancel an order after placing it?
Email hello@magicscoop.com with your order number as soon as you can. If our warehouse hasn't shipped it yet, we can usually change the address, swap a flavour or cancel it outright. Once it's shipped we can't, and you'd need to ask the carrier about a redirect.
How do I change, pause or cancel my subscription?
Log in to your Magic Scoop account, open My Subscription, then View Details. From there you can swap flavour, skip or reschedule an order, update payment and address details, or pause and cancel. One catch: having a subscription doesn't automatically create an account, so you may need to set one up first.
