Track record

Former COO of Tabs. I built its creator program to 100M monthly social impressions, and the paid ad engine alongside it. The numbers below come from videos that program produced.

At Tabs I built the creator program and the paid ad engine alongside it. The playbook here is the same: a small roster, a hook library, one variable per test, losers killed early. The category is different, and I have not run food and beverage before, so the claims sheet and your lead's review carry real weight.

Why now

  • 190+

    Stores across Canada

Magic Scoop lists 190+ stores in Canada. A creator video can point to a shelf, not only to a checkout.

    Published
  • 4.76

Rating from over 1,100 verified customers

That is proof creators can stand next to. They tell their own routine, in their own words, beside a rating that is already there.

    Published
  • 30-day

A guarantee that lowers the risk of trying

Love It or Your Money Back gives first-time buyers 30 days. A creator can say it plainly and send people to magicscoop.com.

    Published
  • 75+

    Ingredients in one serving

One scoop, many ingredients, all on the label. That is easy to show on camera: pour, shake, read the pack.

    Published

Part 4 of 15

Principles

  1. One number to protect

Cost per 1,000 views against a $1 target. The plan as built lands at $5.74, so every test has to move that number, not likes or follower counts.

  2. One variable per test

Same stick, same claim, a different opening line. Hooks go into a library, and losers are killed early, before they eat budget.

  3. Claims come from the page

Creators say what the claims sheet says. The 5g creatine, 850mg electrolytes and 2.8g amino acids are read off the pack, never rounded up.

  4. Ramp slow, cap the spend

Two creators a week, ten by week six. The full pay ceiling is $15,000 a month with bonuses excluded, so the downside is known before day one.

#briefs

Briefs, drafts, reviews and the weekly numbers

Illustrative
  1. Report botAppMon 8:00 AM

Monday report is up: views, cost per 1,000 views and hook for each creator, ranked. Two videos flagged for paid, one hook retired.

  2. MartaMon 8:30 AM

This week's brief: Lemon Lime stick into the shaker, cold water, first sip. Seven videos each, one hook per video. Open one of them with 'One scoop does three jobs'.

  3. JonasTue 8:00 AM

Can I say it helps me focus during my workday? That is what I noticed last week.

Not in your own words. Use the sheet: 'aminos for calm, clear focus'. Your own result stays out of the video.

  4. MartaWed 4:00 PM

Draft back on the Peach Mango video: the caption promises a result. Swap it for a line from the claims sheet and re-upload.

Swapped. The new cut is in #drafts.

  5. Win alertAppThu 8:00 AM

A video from Priya passed 100,000 views, organic only. $50 flat bonus queued. One bonus per creator per month.

  6. MartaFri 4:00 PM

Weekly check: all seven videos live from each creator, claims sheet followed, paid label on every caption. Two creators need a reminder before Monday.

The messages illustrate the working channel, with invented people: briefs go out on Monday, claims questions get an answer the same day, and nothing posts without the check.

Part 5 of 15

Formats

  1. Lemon Lime pour

    Brief 01

    Lemon Lime pour

    “One scoop does three jobs”

Close-up, one take: tear the Lemon Lime stick, pour into the shaker, add cold water, shake, first sip to camera.

  2. Peach Mango taste test

    Brief 02

    Peach Mango taste test

“No loading phase, no cycling: just 5g every day.”

Kitchen counter, natural light. Peach Mango stick, shaker, taste on camera. Read the 5g creatine line off the pack.

  3. Stick pack day-in-the-life

    Brief 03

    Stick pack day-in-the-life

“Convenient 7-Day Stick Packs for travel, work, or the gym”

Gym bag, desk, travel. Show a stick pack in each spot and say the hook once at the start.

  4. Pouch scoop routine

    Brief 04

    Pouch scoop routine

    “75 ingredients per scoop”

Pour the pouch scoop into the shaker, show the label's ingredient list on screen, then read one ingredient aloud.

  5. Electrolyte upgrade explainer

    Brief 05

    Electrolyte upgrade explainer

“Most electrolyte formulas haven't changed in 10+ years.”

Talk to camera at a table with the pack and shaker. Point to the 850mg electrolytes and 5g creatine on the pack.

Every product line in a video comes off the claims sheet word for word, for example “One scoop does three jobs: electrolytes for hydration, 5g of creatine for strength, and aminos for calm, clear focus.”, “75 ingredients per scoop, from super greens and mushrooms to whole-food vitamins, each on the label, never a guess.”, “If you don't love it within 30 days, we'll refund the unit you opened, and you keep it.”. Product names are said as printed.

Part 6 of 15

Recruiting

Four sources in

  • Gym and fitness creators

Lifters and runners who already film their routine. They fit Electrolytes + Creatine without a script.

  • Everyday wellness creators

Desk workers, commuters and parents with a real morning routine. The stick packs and the pouch fit their day.

  • Customers who already refer

Magic Scoop already runs a referral offer: 10% off for the friend, $10 back for the sender. I would start with people already doing it.

  • Affiliate or ambassador page

The page was not found on the site. Recruiting starts from direct outreach, and I would ask your lead before using the referral offer as a funnel.

Five filters, fewer each step

  1. 1Real routine

Already films a daily routine: shaker, gym bag, desk. A supplement can't look staged.

  2. 2Honest on camera

Reads claims off the sheet and does not improvise health lines.

  3. 3Audience in Canada

Shipping is Canada-first and US shipping is paused, so most of the audience should be Canadian.

  4. 4Steady posting

Can deliver seven videos a week. A missed week pauses the next one.

  5. 5No competing greens deal

No open deal with another greens or electrolyte powder brand while on the roster.

Part 7 of 15

Who fits

  • Gym lifter

Tracks sets, already knows creatine, films the pre-workout routine.

    Likely product: Electrolytes + Creatine

  • Long-run athlete

Runs long, sweats a lot, talks about hydration in plain words.

    Likely product: Electrolytes + Creatine

  • Desk worker

Eight-hour desk day, wants simple daily nutrition in one packet.

Likely product: All-In-One Greens: 7-Day Stick Pack

  • Frequent traveler

Tries flavours on the road, one stick at a time.

Likely product: All-In-One Greens: 12-Day Variety Pack

  • Home-kitchen creator

Cooks and films at home, loves a clean counter and a scoop routine.

    Likely product: All-In-One Greens: Pouch

  • Calm-morning creator

Posts journaling and slow mornings, with a daily greens drink next to it.

    Likely product: Journal

Left off, every time

Always left out: creators who give health or medical advice, promise outcomes, show before-and-after bodies, aim at minors or present a supplement as a replacement for a meal or for care. Category rule: only the brand's own wording, from the claims sheet.

Claims sheet

Approved, word for word

Quoted exactly as the brand publishes it.

  • “75+ vitamins, minerals, superfoods, probiotics, and adaptogens”

Greens videos: stick pack and pouch.

  • “Simple daily nutrition in one easy packet”

Stick pack, desk and travel formats.

  • “One scoop does three jobs: electrolytes for hydration, 5g of creatine for strength, and aminos for calm, clear focus.”

    Electrolytes + Creatine videos.

  • “No loading phase, no cycling: just 5g every day.”

Creatine explainer. The creator adds no timeline of their own.

  • “4.76 from over 1,100 verified customers”

Any format, spoken as the brand's rating.

  • “You can find us in 190+ stores across Canada”

Shelf videos, with the call-ahead line from the brand.

  • “If you're not satisfied, contact us within 30 days of delivery.”

    Checkout videos, first-time purchase only.

Never said

Each one with the reason it stays out.

  • It fixes low energy

A health outcome. Only the brand's own wording is allowed.

  • Better than every other greens powder

A comparison with no source on the pages.

  • Lose weight with Magic Scoop

A health outcome the brand does not claim.

  • Replaces your meals

Not in the brand's wording. A supplement is not presented as food.

  • Safe for kids

Nothing on the pages says so, and kids are outside the audience.

  • Contains no sweetener

The ingredient list names a high-purity stevia leaf extract (97-98% Reb A).

  • Works the same for everyone

The brand words results carefully and says benefits build with consistent use. No guarantees of outcome.

To confirm with the brand

Held until someone on the brand side signs off.

  • 90% Felt a Difference in 30 Days.

The pages do not show the survey behind it. Confirm the source with your lead before any creator says it.

  • $1.96 per serving

A second per-serving figure appears next to $2.96 per serving. Confirm which one applies to which pack.

  • US shipping is paused right now

Confirm whether it has reopened before any creator names the US.

Part 10 of 15

Pay

  • Starter

    $300–600

    a month, by band

For creators with a small but steady audience. A full seven-video week and a first shot at the bonus.

    Bonus at the cap: $300

  • Standard

    $500–1,000

    a month, by band

For creators whose videos land steadily. Fits the full seven-video week and a higher ceiling.

    Bonus at the cap: $500

  • Premium

    $800–1,500

    a month, by band

For creators whose hooks keep beating the library. Earned after Standard results, never day one.

    Bonus at the cap: $700

  1. Under 100,000 views

    $0

The base pay covers the work.

  2. 100,000 views

    +$50 flat

    Whatever the band.

  3. 1,000,000 views

    Top-up to your cap

Bonus = band cap − base pay.

  • One bonus per creator per month, however many videos pass 100,000 views.
  • Per video: the $50 flat bonus attaches to the single video that passes 100,000 views.
  • Organic views only. Paid boosts and ad spend do not count toward the bonus.
  • No bonus on a video that broke the claims sheet or the category rule, even if it took off.

Starter: $600 cap − $300 fee = $300 bonus; Standard: $1,000 cap − $500 fee = $500 bonus; Premium: $1,500 cap − $800 fee = $700 bonus.

The bonus pays for reach after the work is done, never instead of it. One bonus per creator per calendar month keeps it an incentive and keeps the program cost predictable.

Part 11 of 15

Simulator

Plan as built: 303 videos, 1.8M views, $10,050 cost, so $5.74 per 1,000 views against the $1.00 target. To hit it, 4.2% of videos go viral or the median video reaches 21,711 views.

Above the $1 target at these inputs.

To hit $1, the roster needs about 10.1M views a month. That means about 4.2% of videos going viral, or a median near 22K views per video. That is why the day-90 gate exists: keep the accounts that clear it, replace the rest.

Proposed, not measured. Views = videos × median, breakouts at 10× the median, viral at 750K. Bonus: +$50 for a viral video, one per creator per month.

The math. Videos a month = 10 creators × 7 a week × 52 ÷ 12 = 303. Views per video = (1 − 4% − 0.5%) × 1,500 + 4% × 10 × 1,500 + 0.5% × 750,000 = 5,782.5; 303 videos × 5,782.5 = 1.8M views a month. Cost = 10 × $1,000 = $10,000 base + 1 bonus × $50 = $10,050. Cost per 1,000 views = $10,050 ÷ 1.8M × 1,000 = $5.74 against a $1.00 target. To hit the target, either 4.2% of videos go viral or the median video reaches 21,711 views, other inputs held.

Move the sliders and the label recalculates. The result is only as good as the guesses behind it, so the median views, the share of breakouts and the share of viral videos are marked as Assumptions until the first month of posts replaces them.

  2. Month 1

    First tests

The roster fills to ten. Seven videos each per week, one variable per test, losers killed early.

  3. Month 2

  4. Month 3

    Winners go to paid

The best videos move through the four-step path to paid. Cost per 1,000 views is checked against the $1 target every Monday.

  5. Day 90

    Keep, cut or change

One review with your lead on the roster, decided on cost per 1,000 views, not on follower counts.

Organic to paid

From organic to paid

  1. Organic first

Every video posts organically. Views and hook are logged in the Monday report.

  2. Pick the winners

Videos that pass 100,000 views or beat the $1 cost target are shortlisted.

  3. Rights and a clean cut

Confirm the creator agrees to paid use, then cut a clean version with the claims sheet lines intact.

  4. Test in paid

Run the winner as an ad, one variable per test. Losers are killed early.

From the video to the checkout

  • Shelf: point to the Store Locator and say there are 190+ stores across Canada, plus call ahead to double check stock.
  • Shipping: $7.95 CAD in 1 to 3 business days, or free on orders $55 CAD and over in 3 to 5 business days.
  • The pages offer a FREE Starter Kit ($70 value) w/ Shaker Bottle, Canister + Scoop beside the monthly delivery option. Confirm with your lead before any creator mentions it.
  • The 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee applies only to eligible purchases made directly through magicscoop.com, so checkout links go there.
  • US viewers: US shipping is paused right now, so no US link until the brand says it is back.

Part 15 of 15

Category rules

Supplement rules for every Magic Scoop video

Magic Scoop sells a greens supplement and an electrolytes and creatine stick. These six rules apply before any creator posts.

  • Brand wording only

Health lines are the brand's own words, read from the claims sheet. A line that says support stays support. Nothing becomes a promise.

  • No outcome promises

No weight loss, no fixed results, no before-and-after. The brand says benefits build over 2 to 4 weeks of consistent use; creators add no timelines of their own.

  • No medical advice

Nobody tells a viewer to stop a medication or change a diet. Anyone with a condition is pointed to their own doctor.

  • Label the partnership

Every video says it is paid or gifted, in the first line of the caption and spoken on camera.

  • Show what is real

Ingredients, servings and flavours are shown as on the pack: 5g creatine, 850mg electrolytes, 2.8g amino acids, 75+ ingredients in the greens.

  • Respect the guarantee and shipping

Say the 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee only as the page words it, and no US link while US shipping is paused.

The brand’s legal team sets the final rules. This is the operating floor I’d start from, not legal advice.
